RadistWeb update: We fixed bugs, accelerated loading of QR codes and now you can pay in dollars.
Working for RadistWeb makes it even more convenient. We fixed bugs, made the interface even more user-friendly and, more importantly, added payment in dollars. Now customers can pay on your personal RadistWeb account, and they do not need to look for ways to pay in dollars through third-party services.
1. Payment in dollars appeared
By RadistWeb you can pay subscriptions with a MasterCard bank card in any currency, the money is automatically converted to dollars.
1.1 The field “Currency for service (subscriptions) payment” appeared in the “Company settings” section.
1.2 The page interface looks different depending on the set currency, with the corresponding designations displayed: ”$” or ”₽”.
The “Total” field displays the designation of the currency, it depends on the selected in the settings.
Type of account if the currency is “Ruble”.

View the “Pay” window if the currency is set to “Dollar”.
Now the list of accounts has a currency designation.
The currency is set by default, depending on the choice of language:
- Russian - rubles
- English - dollars
- Spanish - dollars
1.4 All old accounts have the currency “Ruble” set, which can be changed in the “Company settings” section.
2. Changed the button “Rates” in the section “Subscriptions”.
The kind of section when there are subscriptions:

It became: highlighted the button as a hyperlink, because the link leads to a document with tariffs.

Was: inconspicuous “Rates” button, it’s not clear that it’s a link.
Additionally:
We have corrected some other things in the service’s work:
- Fixed a bug that closed access to sending messages if there is no access to subscriptions.
- The QR code appearance rate of unofficial Whatsapp has increased threefold: less than 10 seconds instead of 20-30.
- It’s no longer necessary to refresh the page to change the connection status to “Subscribed”. It changes instantly and automatically.
- The “Details” button is hidden from employees without access to “Edit subscriptions, set up details”.
- Disabling view options for “Contacts” disables all related blocks (Stores, Catalogs, Products, Chats, Templates, Tags, Orders and Accounts, Mailings) and their accesses.
